Am I required to sign a contract?


No, you do not need to sign a contract and you can cancel whenever you want. The only thing we ask is that you give us a call 24 hrs prior to your appointment if you need to cancel.


Do I have to be at home when the cleaners are there?


No, but you are welcome to be there during the cleaning.Due to our hours of operation Monday – Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. majority of our customers aren't home  .


How do I pay for cleaning services?


We currently accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard ,Visa,Cash and Personal Checks. Payments are due at the time of service and  we do not require a credit card to be on file prior to your cleaning.


Are you licensed and insured?

Of course we are! 


Do I need to provide house cleaning supplies?

We provide all cleaning equipment and products. If you have a special cleaner that you would like for us to use, please be sure to mention it to us.


What happens if something get broken?


We believe in  treating your home as if it was ours. If something gets unexpectedly broken, we will do our best to either repair or replace the item.Our cleaners are fully insured and claims are filed if needed.


What if I have a pet?


We're a pet friendly cleaning service and we are OK with pets being in the home while we clean.
