Am I required to sign a contract?
No, you do not need to sign a contract and you can cancel whenever you want. The only thing we ask is that you give us a call 24 hrs prior to your appointment if you need to cancel.
Do I have to be at home when the cleaners are there?
No, but you are welcome to be there during the cleaning.Due to our hours of operation Monday – Sunday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. majority of our customers aren't home.
How do I pay for cleaning services?
We currently accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard,American Express,Visa,Cash,Paypal Credit and Personal Checks. Payments are due at the time of service and we do not require a credit card to be on file prior to your cleaning.
Licensed and insured?
Don't worry,we are fully licensed and insured!
Do I need to provide house cleaning supplies?
We provide all cleaning equipment and products. If you prefer us to use your cleaning supplies,we have no problem with that.
What happens if something is broken while the cleaners are cleaning?
We believe in treating your home as if it was ours. If something gets unexpectedly broken, we will do our best to either repair or replace the item.Our cleaners are fully insured and claims are filed if needed.
What if I have a pet?
We're a pet friendly cleaning service and we are OK with pets being in the home while we clean.
